About me

Great startups rarely fail because of a lack of ambition or capacity. More often, they struggle because they don't have access to the right people, the right feedback, or the right opportunities at the right time.

For the past years, I've been working at the intersection of founders, investors, accelerators, and innovation ecosystems.

As Head of Mentoring at BIC Euronova (Málaga), recognized by the Financial Times & Statista as Spain's #1 startup hub in 2026, I've mentored more than 50 startups, led international partnerships, and worked alongside founders from different industries.

Every week, I evaluate startups, mentor founders, and collaborate with organizations that support entrepreneurship across Europe, Latin America, and the United States.

One of the most valuable parts of my work has been evaluating startup potential. I've assessed more than 100 startups, helping founders strengthen their positioning, product, business model, and investor readiness. This experience has also allowed me to identify recurring patterns behind successful startups.
