For the past years, I've been working at the intersection of founders, investors, accelerators, and innovation ecosystems.

As Head of Mentoring at BIC Euronova (Málaga), recognized by the Financial Times & Statista as Spain's #1 startup hub in 2026, I've mentored more than 50 startups, led international partnerships, and worked alongside founders from different industries.

Every week, I evaluate startups, mentor founders, and collaborate with organizations that support entrepreneurship across Europe, Latin America, and the United States.

One of the most valuable parts of my work has been evaluating startup potential. I've assessed more than 100 startups, reviewing their positioning, business model, market, team, investor readiness and more. This experience has also allowed me to identify recurring patterns behind successful startups.

Today, my mission is simple: help ambitious founders, VCs and innovation organizations discover opportunities faster, connect with the right people, and accelerate growth through strategic mentoring, ecosystem building, and practical execution.
